Your order can be easily tracked from the shipping email/SMS you receive when your order is shipped.


If we have your ring size in stock - delivery time is 3-5 working days via secure Royal Mail 1st class sign for service.

For special size orders - delivery time - 2-4 weeks (please enquire in our store).

Express shipping service available upon request. 

International orders

Delivery time - 7-15 working days.

FedEx Express shipping service is available (please choose FedEx option during the checkout).

General information. 

 

Timeframes are estimated in accordance with our courier information. All deliveries must be signed for.   

All taxes and duties for the purchase orders are paid by the buyer, please note that we are unable to cover taxes and duties for the international orders. 

Unclaimed & Uncollected Parcels:  If your order is returned back to us due to unclaimed/uncollected we shall contact you to arrange a further delivery so we can re deliver your order promptly.   

Dispatch times will vary for special order items, please contact us for more information. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DELAY WITH MY ORDER

  • As dispatch dates are estimates, we ask you to please allow up to 5 working days from the date given to contact us. 

  • In the rare case we experience delays we would contact you via email to inform you of this, within 5 working days of the estimated dispatch date. 

  • Delays could occur due to global issues, courier strikes/delays, natural disasters occurring in the country of origin which are out of our control.  We would always do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quick as possible. We are not usually able to cancel orders due to these delays.

Shipping Policy

Not the right size? Not to worry! We are offering complementary ring exchange service. 

Exchange policy. 

 

Our exchange policy is 14 calendar days for the UK orders and 28 calendar days for international orders. Our exchange/resize service is complementary. We are asking to cover the return postage to our workshop and also the return postage back to our clients home address, which is £8.50 for the UK orders and £15.00 for the international orders. 

Refund Policy. 

Non - personalised items. 

If the item you have purchased is not personalised to your requirements, we can accept your item for the refund or exchange within 14 days. Please contact us prior to returning your item to obtain the return instructions. Your non-personalised item(s) must be returned to us in an unworn, new condition, including the original packaging (ring box and the pouch). Please note that postage fees will be deducted from all unwanted returned goods. 

Personalised items.

Personalised items would include: engraved items, special design items, items with personalised width, size, depth and other dimensions characteristics. Such items are custom orders and therefore, can not be refunded. If you purchased your personalised ring but chose the wrong size, please get in touch with our production team. In some cases we might be able to correct the size at the additional fee, subject to ring design and the new required size. Please note that all our diamond rings are made-to-order, therefore diamond set rings are not refundable.
