WHAT IS TANTALUM? 
Tantalum is a rare, hard, bluish grey metal that is hypoallergenic and corrosion-resistant. It has attractive colour and nice heft. Tantalum was named after the Greek mythological character Tantalus, who was famous for his strength and resistance. 
 
Our tantalum has been officially tested by the Sheffield Assay Office and confirmed as 99.9% pure metal.

Are you measured your finger size at local jewellers or used the home kit? Please be aware that finger size fluctuations can be vary from store to store and for 100% size satisfaction we recommend to use our sizing system. Finger size check service is COMPLIMENTARY for all tantalum rings orders. Choose option "Please send sizing kit" during the check out and we'll deliver your sizing kit free of charge to confirm your finger size before we start making your ring.

If we have your ring size in stock - delivery time is 5-10 working days via secure Royal Mail 1st class sign for service. For special size orders - delivery time - 2-4 weeks (please enquire in our store).
 
CAN I RETURN MY RING FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Not the right size? Not to worry! We are offering complementary ring exchange service. 
Still not sure and would like full refund? We are accepting our rings for full refund as long as item in RESALABLE condition with no signs of wear, scratches and in original packaging.
 
Our return policy – 14 calendar days since the dispatch date for the UK orders and 28 calendar days for international orders. Please note the postage costs will be deducted from any unwanted/returned items. Please note that our made-to-order and personalised (engraved) rings are not eligible for exchange or refund.
