Exchange policy.

Not the right size? Do not worry! Our exchange policy is 14 calendar days for the UK orders and 28 calendar days for international orders. Our exchange/resize service is complementary. We are only asking to cover second return postage, which is £8.50 for the UK orders and £15.00 for the international orders.

Refund Policy.

Non - personalised items.

If the item you have purchased is not personalised to your requirements, we can accept your item for the refund or exchange within 14 days. Please contact us prior to returning your item to obtain the return instructions. Your non-personalised item(s) must be returned to us in an unworn, new condition, including the original packaging (ring box and the pouch). Please note that postage fees will be deducted from all unwanted returned goods.

Personalised items.

Personalised items would include: engraved items, special design items, items with personalised width, size, depth and other dimensions characteristics. Such items are custom orders and therefore, can not be refunded. If you purchased your personalised ring but chose the wrong size, please get in touch with our production team. In some cases we might be able to correct the size at the additional fee, subject to ring design and the new required size.
